<p>Acest exercitiu este foarte valoros in program. Te sfatuiesti sa nu il ocolesti.</p>
<p>Daca nu ai doua scaune suficient de stabile sau inalte pentru a-l face, te indemn sa ajustezi in felul urmator:</p>
<p>- pozitioneaza bataul intre blatul de bucatarie si masa de bucatarie</p>
<p>- daca sunt la inaltimi diferite foloseste-te de cateva carti pentru ca batul sa fie cat-de-cat drept.</p>
