Penultima zi si astazi te invit sa te antrenezi cot la cot cu mine.</p>

<p>Iar Sambata la ora 13:00 intru <a href="https://msngr.com/vghjfnzgtocr">in direct in Room aici </a> (ne vedem cu camera toate) sa facem un CheckIn de Final</p>

Incepem prin a trece prin pregatirea zilnica<br />

<p>b) <a href="https://youtu.be/tlT0HGFajqs">Rotiri de Genunchi</a> 2 serii x 10rotiri pesens/picior</p>
<p>c) <a href="https://femeiafit.ro/clubul/genuflexiuni-goblet/">Genuflexiuni</a> 2 serii x 10 repetari</p>
<p>Continuam cu antrenamentul propriu-zis:</p>
<p><b>Superseria 1</b> din care facem 3 serii:<br />
1a) Genuflexiuni Sumo x 10 repetari<br />
1b) Abductii Ample x 15 repetari/parte</p>
<p><b>Superseria 2</b> din care facem 2 serii:<br />
2a) Thrustul Soldului x 10 repetari<br />
2b) Hidrante x 15 repetari/parte</p>
<p><b>Superseria 3</b> din care facem 1 serie:<br />
3a) Podul Fundului Elevat x 10 repetari<br />
3b) Scoica Laterala x 15 repetari/parte</p>
<p>*unelte &#8211; un scaun stabil sau masuta din sufragerie</p>
<p>Scrie-mi in comentarii pe o scara de la 1 la 10 cat de multumita esti de tine in provocare si ca ai Bifat acest antrenament.</p>

<p>Pentru astazi  ti-am pregatit un circuit Tempo care ne v-a pune fundul pe jar</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Iti reamintesc ca inainte de exercitii sa treci prin Pregatirea Zilnica:<br />
a) <a href="https://youtu.be/_yX_9xzQmLo">Intinderi de Psoas</a> 2 serii x 20 secunde pe picior</p>
<p>b) <a href="https://youtu.be/tlT0HGFajqs">Rotiri de Genunchi</a> 2 serii x 10rotiri pesens/picior</p>

<p><strong>Circuitul Tempo</strong></p>
<p>Treci de doua ori prin exercitiile de mai jos cu pauza de 2 minute intre runde.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>1) Thrustul Soldului x 10 repetari (3 secunde pe coborare)</p>
<p>2) Scoica Laterala x 10 repetari pe picior<br />
3) Genuflexiuni Sumo x 10 repetari (3 secunde pe coborare)</p>
<p>4) Abductii Ample x 10 repetari pe picior</p>
<p>5) Podul Fundului Elevat x 10 repetari (3 secunde pe coborare)</p>
<p>Dupa cum  vezi exercitiile 1,2 si 3 le facem in tempo de 3 secunde pe coborare si 2,4 in tempo normal</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Si pentru uun boost, faci o pauza de 3 minute si inchei cu 3 serii x 10 repetari de <a href="https://youtu.be/NWSSxo_TWKs">podul fundului</a></p>
